With the provocative question ‘can a candle hang by its wick?’ designer Paulien Berendsen started searching for a unique, sustainable and inspiring design.
Together with Dutch companies she developed an innovative wick that never burns out and a special wax for the candles.
Every part of a Wanderlight, such as the hanging tools and the ceramic discs, is made with love and attention in collaboration with local companies.
When the candle on the disc is almost burned out, it is time to add a new candle. This will prevent the candle under the disc from melting.
