Not completely satisfied with your Wanderlight? We’re sorry about that! But of course, returns are possible!
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. You can do this by sending an email to info@wanderlights.com within these 14 days, containing your name and order number. Next, you will receive a confirmation from us stating how and to which address you can return the package (the shipping costs are for your account). After receiving this confirmation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
When the product has been returned by us in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the purchase was made. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt of the return.
